Im Streit um die Einhaltung der Auflagen im EU-Wettbewerbsverfahren hat die Europäische Kommission nun das von Microsoft vorgeschlagene Lizenzmodell zurückgewiesen.

Microsoft needs to enable other software providers to interoperate with computers that run the Windows operating system.
